Caoilin graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Trinity College Dublin and has 30 years’ technical, commercial and management experience in the resources industry, with a career spanning multiple commodities around the globe.

Caoilin is currently Non-Executive Chair of ASX-listed Pacgold, Deputy Chair of Queensland Exploration Council, and Management Committee member of RFC Ambrian’s Investment Fund. She previously held leadership roles at BHP, MIM/Xstrata (Glencore), Anglo American and Thiess as well as the position of Resources Investment Commissioner for the Queensland Government.

Caoilin was twice finalist in the Women in Industry Awards and winner of the QRC/WIMARQ Exceptional Woman in Exploration Award. She has extensive experience in M&A, project evaluation and strategy and a passion for leadership and developing teams and individuals.
