Jennifer Todd-Wilson

Chief Human Resources Officer with P&L ownership experience who applies lean methodology shaped by early career at Toyota to achieve top and bottom line business results. I specialise in spearheading culture change and transformation within complex global companies. During my career I’ve managed teams of >300 people, led the HR function globally and regionally for businesses/ business units with revenues of >500Mil USD, supported mergers, acquisitions & divestments and shaped the narrative to influence stakeholders from investors and Board level to the shop floor.

My current HR role is commercially focused and coupled with responsibility for Sustainability and Safety. Operating as a holistic leader who delivers people strategies focusing on revenue and cost objectives, I partner with the CEO and deal with the Board, helping to shape understanding, priorities and decisions that best serve the company and its investors.

I’ve operated in a publicly listed environment as well as privately owned. Working in industrial settings, including full P&L responsibility has helped build resilience and commercial acumen.

I enjoy being outside my comfort zone, having lived in three different countries. I relish finding creative solutions where I can use my commercial and operational skills. My problem-solving approach was formed by my early career at Toyota, applying its manufacturing philosophy of continuous improvement, respect for people and the consultative practice of genchi genbutsu, loosely translated as ‘go and see for yourself’.

In my spare time I am an avid reader, nature lover and traveler who also loves fashion, street art and graffiti.

I regularly mentor emerging talent, in particular people from minority backgrounds, and take great pride in shaping and growing them to become next generation leaders.
