Naomi Campbell-Woods
Naomi is an Advanced Clinical Speech Pathologist with Children's Health Queensland, and a health service leader with expertise in paediatric neurodevelopment, clinical service redesign, and workforce innovation. She holds a postgraduate diploma in Health Professions Education, combining expertise in clinical practice with a passion for advancing education, leadership, and innovation in service delivery. Naomi has led large-scale quality improvement initiatives, contributed to statewide service development, and published research focused on improving healthcare delivery.
Alongside her clinical leadership, Naomi has a strong interest in the responsible integration of artificial intelligence into healthcare and health professions education. Her current research explores how generative AI is reshaping clinical reasoning, education, and decision-making, with a focus on balancing innovation with safe, ethical implementation.
