Vanessa has decades of experience across a variety of sectors including retail, service, healthcare, human services and entertainment. Finding a particular passion for growth and business transformation early in her career, Vanessa spent many years with high profile brands such as LEGO, Fone Zone and Poolwerx, delivering full spectrum marketing, large scale events, media and government relations whilst delivering huge growth in international and domestic markets. Vanessa moved into the healthcare space more than 10 years ago, where a strong connection to purpose to build a better health and aged care system for future Australians drives her.

Working across multiple sectors has given Vanessa a deep understanding of business and while forever a marketer, training in experience design with Disney and driving  business transformation across many businesses has seen her move into transformational leadership roles where client and staff experience takes centre stage.
